Terms and Conditions for cancellations, no-shows

The deposit required will be charged in order to secure your room. You will have to pay the outstanding charge in the hotel when checking out. Rates include breakfast and taxes (7%).

• For cancellations received before 25th January 2008, there will be a refund of the deposit minus and administrative charge of 50€. For reduction in the number of nights no penalty will be charged.
• For cancellations received between 26th January and 24th March 2008, no refund of the deposit will be made. For reduction in the number of nights no penalty will be charged.
• For cancellations received between 25th March and 5th April 2008, 2 nights will be charged as a penalty. For reduction in the number of nights no penalty will be charged.
• For cancellations or reductions in the number of nights from 6th April or no-shows, the entire stay of your reservation will be charged.
• All cancellations or changes in accommodation must be made in writing and sent to the Technical Secretariat. congresos.mad@viajesiberia.com.
